3.11.00 Replying to ticket from email - 01-08-2007, 01:09 PM

Hi All,

After great help from Craig, I finally get my test version up and running.
During testing latest stable version of Kayako 3.11.00 I seems to have some issue when user is replying to ticket by using his email client instead of log in to Support.

The relies are not received by system. Did anyone come cross this issue?
I've used for my test normal Yahoo account and their interface.

Does it only happen with client replies or anytime an email is sent to your system?

I've tested with user level. As I'm testing some functions, like user registration, open ticket and replies. So I found it on the user level, when user is trying to reply via their email.

To be honest as I'm not a guru I don't know have else to send email to system.

Ups. Sorry guys.

My fault. I forgot that in dev version I have disabled/delete password for account assigned to support.

Sorry stupid me.

Well at least I'm guessing there is a problem. So, the system cannot received anything from outside, only from inside of system.

Am I correct?

Once again sorry.

If your system is not accepting anything it means that either your parser is not setup correctly or your cron is not setup properly.

So I believe is due to password has been deleted.

OK I will set new email for dev version so I can test this bit as well.
