HI All,
Anyone have the problem of a error with the live html button not working anymore. I get a syntax error when the javascript is added to a page and all the pages do it in the support system itsekf if the live help button is going to be on that page.

There is also a "-" in the upper left corner of all the pages. I can't seem to find it.

This is a default install.

Thanks..

Hi there,

Can you point us to the URL where you have this?

Hi there,

I'm not getting the JavaScript errors you are; on which page are they?

all pages that I go too have them with IE7, if you are using firefox they don;t come up, but the live chat button is not there as well.

If I take out the live chat script the errors go away, so I'm sure it's that for some reason.

Also do you see where that "-" is up in the corner?

Hi there,

I do not know what has happened here, to cause the "-" to be added to the top of every page. We cannot replicate this behaviour, so I doubt it has anything to do with the software.

Also, you have several modified templates - this is not a 'default' install.

If you are able to, I would suggest a clean install again from the 3.20.01 UNSTABLE build in your member's area.

The most important part is to reupload all of the files too

Thanks,
