500 internal Server Error when users creating tickets - 13-08-2007, 05:39 PM

Hi,

We have just noticed that upon submitting a new ticket @ support.ukfindit.com that our customers are getting a 500 error. We have checked the server logs and cant see any further information on the error. The ticket does get created though, but the customers see the following:-

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.
Any ideas?

Hi there,

Being a generic internal server error message, there is little that can be done to decipher the problem from our end. I suggest you take a look in your PHP logs (or Apache logs) which will indicate any problems or errors that are occurring.

If you post your findings we should then be able to help out.

Try adding "SecFilterEngine Off" to your root htaccess. I had this issue.

It seems my ISP is having issues with PHP on my server. They are looking into it.
