Hybrid, I had the same cannot modify header information errors, but it was due to not having write access for the IUSR account (we run SupportSuite on a Windows 2003 server). Not sure if this would resolve your cannot modify error messages but I thought I'd mention it just in case. As far as the AD LoginShare template goes, I have tried every combination I can think of for both the Base DN and RDN and nothing works. So right now I'm banging my head against my desk several times, then I'm going to close this browser window and wait until I hear from Kayako. |
