Active Directory Problem - 21-04-2008, 08:48 PM

We had AD working fine. We recently upgraded to 3.20.02 and had to move our webserver off site. We port forwarded port 389 from our PIX to our AD server. We set the server name in loginshare settings to the public IP.

However, now when we try to login as a user it stalls for about 5 minutes then briefly shows an error stating LDAP couldn't connect. It directly forwards us back saying the user and pass was incorrect.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to ping the LDAP server on that port you forwarding from the server that is trying to connect?

Yes it test out fine with Angry Ip Scanner. 389 is open.
