Hi all,
I upgraded to 3.20.02 over the weekend. Unfortunately, it has left my main helpdesk page with the following message branded all over it:
ERROR (2): Domain does not match license key file domain (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
Now, the strange part, is that the domain listed in the error:
(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
...is the "real" name of the host. The alias the users go to from a web browser is:
yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy
...but we have an alias in DNS to account for all of this.
When I go into my account at kayako to redownload my key.php, the licence file is yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy.
In my Admin CP --> Setup --> General, my product install URL is:
yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy/supportsuite
Why would it all suddenly stop working?
This has never happened before on this host, so it is a little confusing. I checked to make sure my key.php was in the right place...and checked my product installation directory was correct...it hasn't changed since the previous release/version we were running.
Any thoughts? My users and I are becoming nervous
