Blank Pages

We upgraded to version 3.11.01 and get blank pages after replying to tickets plus a few other annoying bugs.
We changed (enabled) the mbstring in phpini, but this was no help either.
When we try to change and save our system settings in the admin panel they are also not changed (and saved).

That PHP Info shows it isn't compiled with MB String. It isn't simply a case of changing a setting, you need to recompile PHP with MB String.

Ok, seems I forgot to put mbstring.dll in phproot after enabling mbstring in php.ini. (windows installation)
