Blank Pages after upgrade to 3.10.02 - 19-06-2007, 09:22 PM

Guys, We've just completed an update to 3.10.02 and when we try to do anything, i.e. reply to ticket, etc we get taken to a blank page. Help! Thanks

I believe one other client has reported such an issue. Check your server error_log for any reported errors. Did you incur any issues while upgrading the helpdesk?

I too get this problem. No errors when updating, and strange thing is I have updated this in our test environment and it works fine.

Does not seem to be a database/MySQL error as I have also tried taking the DB from test to production but problem still only exists on production.

Is your errorlog file showing anything?

Unhappy i get blank pages as well - 31-07-2007, 10:34 PM

Hi all,

We have just upgraded as well from 3.10.02 to 3.11.00

when we try to reply to a ticket we get blank pages

checked the error log its not showing any errors

very frustrating as the tickets are growing and we cant reply to them

hope someone can help

Please submit a support ticket (login to your member's area and click the Get Support tab) and the issue will be promptly handled.

I've got the same problem, after replying or sending a new Staff ticket, blank page!

I'm using Windows Server 2003 with PHP for x86, we don't do compiles of PHP on the Windows side using IIS. Same exact config as I had in 3.10.02.
