Blank pages on setup and home page

Just purchased the owned copy of SupportSuite and am setting it up on a hosted site. I had an issue originally with Zend Optimizer not being current, but was able to get the host to get that updated. Now I'm trying to complete the setup again, and when I load the setup page, I get a completely blank page. No errors, the source of what I get back in my browser is empty as well.

No clue what's going on, would love some insight on this.

OK, reuploaded the install again and this time it's working. Guess something happened during the initial upload, not sure what else it could have been...

Oh well...
