I have just installed my version of Support Suite and when i browse to the setup folder for install I only receive a blank page. I have a feeling this has something to do with PHP but im not sure. A link to the phpinfo file is listed below. phpinfo() Thanks in advance for anyones help. |

I already had a PHPInfo page ready, but wasn't sure about sharing it. Anyways, the link is http://helpdesk.rhinosoft.com:8080/phpinfo.php. This is a Windows 2000 Advanced Server box running the Serv-U FTP Server. I have CHMOD my "files" and "cache" folders to 777, and set up my config.php file, but no luck. |

Please change the following parameter and it shall resolve your issue: display_errors = Off Switch it to "On" Regards, Raghav Arora -------------------------------------------------------------------

I believe that you have already installed the helpdesk at: Hampton Heights - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite Can you please let me know if you are still getting the issue at some other installation? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Raghav, I posted the link on 7.5.08 - it is online, again, at http://helpdesk.rhinosoft.com:8080/phpinfo.php. My trial ID expires on 5/14 - should I request a new one so that I can continue working on this issue? |
