09-09-2008, 02:36 PM
After backing up my SupportSuite installation to a subdirectory of my main installation, copying my database, and performing what seemed a flawless upgrade to 3.30.02 CVS 7th September, I have a couple small problems which I'll split into different threads. One is that I can't set the option the change the number of Results Per Page in the Admin and Staff CPs. I can change it from, say, 15 to 20; but after the initial display the number immediately reverts to the default. I thought it might be something to do with cookies. I've set my 'cookie domain', cleared my caches, but it's no joy. The setting won't 'take'. I could ask support about this, but I thought it might be something simple that everyone could benefit from hearing about. ![]() Cheers to anyone who has the answer! + Free: Ticket List & Search Mods | Dept. I'd noticed this as well, but it looks like there's already a bug report. Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #799 - "Results Per Page" setting in the Admin CP (manage staff, manage departments) is not storing properly. Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Inc. |

Why can't we all just use yyyy-mm-dd for things like this?! ![]() + Free: Ticket List & Search Mods | Dept. Display Names + Free: (Almost) Perfect Outlook/HTML Tickets + Tutorials: SLA System Explained | Using Template Groups Kayako v3.20.02 | PHP: 5.2.6 | MySQL: 5.0.58 | CentOS 4 | |

This issue is so annoying. If anyone has fixed this, please post. It's driving me bonkers, and I'd rather not wait for Kayako to fix it. "Cosmetic" issues get a back seat, usually. + Free: Ticket List & Search Mods | Dept.
