We have been using the leased version of supportsuite for a month and have decided to purchase the eSupport (owned) software. How do I keep my existing data and 'upgrade\downgrade' to eSupport 'owned' edition?

Hi segelhof,

The best way is as follows;

1) Backup your database.
2) Upload your /setup/ folder from your SupportSuite download
3) Go to ./setup/modify.php
4) Uninstall the 'Live Support' module
5) Download your eSupport package
6) Reconfigure your config.php file
7) Upload it all (overwriting your existing SupportSuite files)
8) Visit /setup/ again
9) Run the Upgrade
10) Remove /setup/
