chat icon issue after upgrading supportsuite - 30-08-2008, 06:10 PM

Hi,

I have submitted a ticket about this (so far did not get a reply) but wanted to find out if anyone also faced such issue after the upgrade fro 3.20 to 3.30.

If you go to your support url and then click on the button Live support online the next page is not coming up where you are supposed to enter the name and email to begin the chat. Therefore users cannot generate a chat on my site anymore. The icon does show online or offline but clicking on it does not produce any result.

Can anyone help in this.

We have not had this reported before. What is your ticket ID? Our sales and support offices are closed during the weekend, but I may be able to take a look for you.

My ticket number: [SUPPORT #EAB-599368]: live chat icon not working after upgrade

Can you please see if you can do anything as that would mean that live chat would be offline the whole weekend since your support staff are not present.

Did you revert the templates after upgrade?

I am not sure what you mean. What I did is follow through the upgrade option in the set up folder and once that was completed that problem occured.

Hi!

I am also having the same problem, reported it and no response

I uploaded all files as per instructions and run the upgrade script

Ever since it will not work!
