Connection Reset During Upgrade in 3.04.10 to 3.10.02

The reason why I wanted to upgrade was, that attached files in Support Center do not show up in the Staff area.
I think all settings in my php.ini file are set correctly

The Event viewer is telling me: Faulting application w3wp.exe php4isapi.dll

I did not do any changes on php ini and it worked before the upgrade process perfectlly.

However during the upgrade script the connection resets and firefox reports "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

Is there something I'm doing wrong. I'm using PHP ISAPI. I read the recommended PHP.INI thread and checked all my settings

It happens at what seems to be the very end of the script and I think it may have succeeded in upgrading but I can't be sure.
