Corrupted files from Client Interface download - 13-03-2008, 08:48 PM

Hi

Installed eSupport on Win2k3 running IIS6, PHP5.2.5 and MySQL 5, everything works fine except that all the files downloaded through the client interface will get corrupted, but the files are good if they are downloaded through the staff interface.

any ideas?? Thanks

Are all files corrupted or is it just certain types?

We tried .zip, .exe and .pdf?? The pdf files are fine, but not the others.

Which version of Kayako are you using?

Try upgrading to the 3.20 RC2. It shows as "Version: 3.20.01 (UNSTABLE) - 12 Mar 2008 11:12 PM" in http://members.kayako.net -> Builds.

Did upgrading fix the issue or it was something else?

I think he implied that by saying it worked after I suggested upgrading. This was a bug fixed a while back I remember reading.
