We added a second mail queue and now neither mail queue is downloading anything from the pop3 server. I talked to live support and they said that it is because helpdesk.cron/index.php?_t=parser is causing a Server Error 500? They just said to contact the system administrator and gave us this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311766 I am the administrator and that really doesn't help? Any idea what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Aubrey |
