Do you recommend me to upgrade to 3.04(STABLE), or directly to 3.04.00 (CVS) ?

Hello dears:

We are currently working with 3.00.32, I'm thinking if we will win something upgrading to latest stable version (now 3.04) because I can't found a detailed change log easy to follow and compare.

Btw, If upgrading, do you recommend me to upgrade to 3.04(STABLE), or directly to 3.04.00 (CVS) ?

Or may be is best to keep my 3.00.32 and wait for a future big release like 3.1 (next month ? Year ? is really coming soon?) ? (I'm not a fan of upgrading critical software all the weeks)

From your experience: Usually, the upgrade process of kayako is secure ?

It would be nice if some kayako representative can post something regarding this

I would hold off upgrading as there is another stable build coming.

I would HIGHLY recommend upgrading to the STABLE branch, but I would wait for the upcoming 3.04.10 release that we'll release later tonight. It contains some bug fixes that were released with the 3.04.00 stable build.

I look forward to 3.04.10 but would also welcome, as I've seen posted elsewhere, a feature or bug upgrade list. Or do we have to go through the changelog?
