Fatal Error in functions.php line 852. - 21-06-2007, 09:40 PM

We've just upgraded to 3.10.02 from the final version 2, and when users try to look up their tickets online, they get the following error:

Fatal error: in /www/kayako3.firetrust.com/includes/functions.php on line 852

As the file is encrypted, could someone with access to clear source point me in the right direction as to what is wrong??

Server debian stable, database on separate server, mysql 4.0.26 (don't ask! ) connectivity over lan, and php 4.4.4. using Zend.

impex ran with no problems.

Did you upload the PHP files in binary mode?

Are you using the Zend build? If so, please use the IonCube build or a latest CVS build (Zend is ok in this case) - we have an issue with the main Zend builds at the moment, that will resolve soon.

I do not believe the issue is with the build he is using. He just needs to reupload the files in binary format and it should fix the issue.
