Which version did you download from the members area? Also, do you happen to have SSH enabled on your hosting? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Ok. Best thing to do is to unzip that package. At that point, go into the upload dir and make sure the config.php file has all the correct details. Go back into the main upload dir and select all files and zip them up. If you are using winzip it will likely call it upload.zip. Upload the upload.zip file to your webspace (deleting ALL files you have previously uploaded first). After it has finished, SSH to the server, use cd to change to the correct directory and then do unzip upload.zip. At this point, try to install. Let me know if you have any problems. Try emptying the database and running the install again. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Are you sure you downloaded the stable rather than the CVS? The one you want is at https://members.kayako.net after logging in (it shows them under Downloads). If you still have problems, I suggest you try downloading the IonCube build as the only other thing I found is it could be a Zend problem when digging through older threads.
