Have you modified the source code or edited any template TPL files?

This relates to the groups inside Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Groups. You set a group by adding "?group=GROUPNAME" to the customer URL.

OK, I spent more time, in a last gasp attempt. I De-installed the software, and created a completely new installation, and created a new, empty database. This would be a fresh, clean installation. The only part that has been re-used is the key.php file. The moment I entered the staffcp Ticket area (http://sub.domain.com/staff/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=manage) The server error log recorded the error: [Wed Jul 01 11:48:55 2009] [error] [my.client ip.address] File does not exist: /home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/themes, referer: http://sub.domain.com/staff/index.php?_ca=css I re-checked Kayako's server requirements, and they were all met. I guess it just doesn't work for me, so.... the search re-commences ![]() Many thanks to Craig and Supportskins, your support has been vastly more timely, and useful than Kayakos! |
