freeze on installation

Hello guys,

Have you experience got a problem like installation freeze on livesupport modules?

Seems like the script timed out. Check your server error_log for errors and what is the setting "max_execution_time" in your php.ini set to?

The "max_execution_time" is 30, its the same execution time with another domain which i put supportsuite too and works 100%.

I have never seen this occur before - please submit a support ticket so that a technician can take a look.
