Hosted eSupport pages giving mismatch error - 14-01-2009, 05:50 PM

Hi, we're running on Kayako's hosted service and after their recent upgrade I'm getting this error at the top of all our helpdesk pages:

[WARNING]: Database Version Tag (3.00.90) and File (3.40.01) Mismatch!
Please update your files to the latest revision, This error happens when your database structure is different than the PHP files you are using.

Now, as far as I know, I have no ability to update anything to any revision, given that this is the hosted version and Kayako is supposed to manage everything.

How am I supposed to fix this? Thanks...

Have you contacted support about this? They're the only ones who will be able to assist you.

have you tried to upgrade from your members area,,,,
upgrade option is also available there,,,,in case of hosted kayako...
