Hello, I have our site hosted by midphase.com and I'm not sure that I can get the Zend or Iron thing on it. Therefore I thought that I should start with the hosted version of SupportSuite and then maybe upgrade to an owned version. The question is; is there a way to move the data from a hosted version to an owned instance later on? I mean the whole content of the database (users, tickets, downloads, KB and all). Alternatively, do you plan to add pointing a domain such as support.mycompany.com to your hosted version? That would of course be the best thing... Cheers, Mikael Grev MiG InfoCom AB |
