Generall speaking, what time frame does Kayako use to upgrade the hosted eSupport/LiveSupport/SupportSuite from one stable build (
3.10.02) to another (3.11)? Given that 3.11 stable was released yesterday, would hosted accounts need to wait a few days, weeks, ...? Do hosted account admins get some type of advanced warning about the upgrade, so that they can testthe new build and anticipate problems? Perhaps this is mentioned somewhere (in the license agreement perhaps), but I could not find this information readily available. Thanks (and eagerly awaiting 3.11 of course)!
