Hosted Upgrade

Hi -
When perfomring the update for hosted clients, we go to the members area and click the update button. Are these issues addressed?:

IMPORTANT NOTES - DO NOT AVOID
1) Make sure you backup before proceeding, You should backup both the database and files
2) Make sure you move the contents of files directory back and dont delete them when upgrading. This is very important, not doing so might result in loss of attachments and quick drop down menus not working
3) It is required you update the config.php and change the database name and other settings manually as this file has gone through some revision

where is the members area? I am a hosted v2 client and can't find this upgrade option.

Sorry, I meant hosted V3 going up to .80 -

I just want to make sure that the script that does this job carries out all these tasks...

In case anyone is curious, I have been given the answer about this. The answer to the question of whether those steps would be carried out by the update script for hosted customers is yes, according to Support.
