Kayako Forums - Powered by vBulletin How can i fix this trouble ? I've made everything complete in the topic (MySQL, PHP, IISv6 & Zend Installation). It's not working(setup/setup.php).But i can run phpinfo.php. Please advice, thank you. |

Make sure your server meets all Kayako's requirements incase of PHP and MySQL. Also check your server errorlog if it has recorded anything. Create a phpinfo file on your server to check PHP settings. There are lots of things that can cause this. In particular, it's common for sysadmins who are particularly security conscious to bury any error no matter how small by triggering a webserver fault, to prevent nooks and crannies in various applications from exposing inroads via injection attacks. You might also be missing one of the various required PHP modules, or etc. If you open a support ticket, our support staff will help you track down the problem. |
