Hi guys,

I was making a some modifications at kayako, and i don't know what i did.

I think i messed up the email functions or other thing, but emails from STAFF REPLY is not working and email CC recipients is not working when opening a ticket.

If i upload again all kayako files ? Should i REBUILD CACHE ?
It will change my templates modifications ?

You might not need to rebuild cache however in any case backup all your data including your database.

You might have broken the software if you modified the source code. You might want to try replacing the files with the original ones provided by Kayako after taking all necessary back ups.
