Hello, Title says it all really. I've tried to import my Sitepanel3 data using the impex script. Not getting any errors, appears like its working flawlessly - but no data is showing up in esupport. Tried re-building the tickets search cache, still nothing. I did update Sitepanel3 the other day to a new build which has just come out (sometime over the past month) - could this be the issue? |

I suggest you contact Kayako (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support") so they can look into the issue. Not many of us here have had much experiance with the importers. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Thanks for your reply. I've followed your suggestion and submitted a ticket to kayako. However, if anyone else is also in my situation (or has been) I'd still be interested in hearing from you  |
