Sounds like you haven't got MB String compiled with your PHP installation. If you manage the server, recompile PHP with MB String or if you don't, ask your host to do it for you. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Craig is correct; according to your phpinfo() file, it does not list the mbstring extension being installed with PHP. This is a requirement for SupportSuite. -------------------------------------------------------------------
