Installation Issues

Hello,

I'm trying to install my recently purchase Kayako Support Suite. I'm encountering a couple issues. When I visit my website (support.domain.com/setup/) it's a blank page. There is no way for me to install the software.

What I did:

I setup the MySQL database and a user with full permissions.

I setup the config.php file which is located in /config/config.php

I CHMOD /files/ and /cache/ to 777

What am I missing?

How do I get around this issue to install my recently purchased software?

Sounds like you haven't got MB String compiled with your PHP installation. If you manage the server, recompile PHP with MB String or if you don't, ask your host to do it for you.

Craig is correct; according to your phpinfo() file, it does not list the mbstring extension being installed with PHP. This is a requirement for SupportSuite.
