Installation - just blank pages

Hi.

I'm trying to install eSupport on a WinXp box with Apache 2.9; PHP 5.2.6; and MYSQL 5.0.51b.

Problem is I see blank setup page, and no image on the previous page (the one with the links to 'setup' 'Upgrade' 'Modify' 'Impex'.

Whilst the page is blank, there is html souce.

This machine is currenly hositng Joomla and so I know it's capable of hosting PHP apps.

Are there any common mistakes resulting with this symptom?

I have checked the config file again and again...

Any suggestions welcomed..

1) Is mbstring installed with PHP?
2) Please can you post a link to your phpinfo() file?

Also make sure your domain is set correctly as it does not seem to be retrieving image files from your server.

mbstring - can't see it - so will google it.

It's on an intranet. I registered using machine name GLKD2582995, as I can reach that machine using http://glkd2582995. However the full domain is GLKD2582995.greenlnk.net - maybe I should have used that?

I will install mbstring and mcrypt first.
