Hi alberns,

Double-check that the tables have been set up in your database; have they? You should see quite a few.

I bought a programme SupportSuite from the date of 26 / 6 knee and right steps.
Asked for assistance. Even today, unable to use it properly.

Why?

If you require direct technical support, please submit a support ticket via your members area. I see that the tables have installed correctly, so a technician will need to look at your installation.

I'm having this same problem with eSupport 3.31.01 stable zend. Was there any solution found?

Anyone know where this error message is in the code? (If it isn't encrypted)

For me, this problem was caused by having an eacute (é) in the company name field. I reran the setup process (deleting the database), entered a regular e in the company name field instead of é and the admin page opened without a problem.

So, no international characters in the company name (probably any of those fields).

It was the problem on my installation, too!

We have an "ä" in our company name.
