Installation Problem: xml_parser_create()

I'm trying to install eSupport on my own server. At the point where I go to the settings I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function xml_parser_create() in /usr/local/www/data/help/includes/functions_xml.php on line 42

I can't post my phpinfo or give any link because this is a server behind a firewall.

Everything is set up as I think it should be... but I need to get this fixed up so I can finish installation.

Any assistance out there?

Check for the following:

1) You uploaded all files in Binary format
2) Your PHP is compiled with XML support

I took that function and dropped it in a PHP file and I'm getting the same problem. Looks like PHP may not be configured.

Contact Kayako support with a link to your phpinfo file. They will assist you further. For what I understand the issue is with your PHP configuration. It does not seem to be compiled with XML support.
