Installation Problems

hello

i try to install supportsuite on vserver with debian 3.1 and plesk 10.1. then i install zend optimizer...phpinfo shows

i install supportsuite (zend-version)..when i start setup following message appear...

Fatal error: Unable to read 57455 bytes in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/support/includes/functions.php on line 0

You need to reupload the files in binary mode. The documentation to your FTP program will tell you how to do this.
