I am currently on step 9 of the support suite installation. I am browsing to mydomain.com/support/setup/ in order to continue and I get the following error Fatal error: Unable to read 58492 bytes in /home/users/*****/html/abso*****.com/support/includes/functions.php on line 0 How to get around this problem. |

This error means you have uploaded the files in ASCII. Please reupload all files in Binary.

I did exactly what you said , re uploaded it (took a decade) and exactly the same error Dont worry I was being a fish , I didnt put www infront |
