Hi Neil, Firstly, I am terribly sorry to hear of your experience with Verio. It sounds like you are being treated fairly badly here - to me, the suggestion to install Ioncube over Zend seemed to imply they would help you either. Unless you anticipate immediate heavy loads on your support desk, a VPS is by no means a requirement for your eSupport installation. As you already know, setting up a VPS is a lot more work than using a shared hosting environment. However, it seems all this is behind you and you wish to work with your VPS. The quick and easy way to "install" Ioncube is actually to just upload the Ioncube loaders (http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php - the Windows ones assuming your server is running a Windows operating system) into a folder named ioncube within your SupportSuite installation directory. Ensure that these are uploaded in binary mode, if you are uploading the files (rather than downloading them directly into your VPS). As I said, this is a quick and easy way to install the Ioncube loaders into the script directory so that the encoded script can run. Ioncube can also be installed server-wide, which I think is what you are attempting to do. Installing server-wide does have benefits; primarily that you do not have to reupload the loaders into each script directory that requires them. If you continue to run into problems, please submit a support ticket from within your member's area (click Get Support) and the services team will do their best to help you with installing Ioncube and eSupport to your VPS. Many thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------
