Question last stable to 11 broke my templates - 02-08-2007, 02:28 PM

did a backup , db, templates (all) etc..

now when i reimport to 11 i get

"ERROR: The uploaded template pack was created using older version of SupportSuite"

hmmm any idea ?

It is not just a case of reimporting in. You need to manually do the changes to the changed templates again.

So that you have a record of your modifications (in case you forget what you changed and where).

I think if you export the "new" ones and run a diff between the two it may help.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

hmm ok

then i need to find where i changed things.. lol i exported the whole things as said in the upgrades portion of hte pdf..

maybe you want to change that to epxport only mods..


ALSO

missing files on upgrade.. the index.php of mai root dir.. the setup dir ( i had my old one backed up)

Remember you only have to do the ones it says requires reverts (ie the ones with red dots next to them).
