I have been round and round with the support guys and quite honestly if someone would pick up a phone I think this issue would be fixed in 20 minutes or less. That being said I hoope some users may have found a way to fix this. I have the install hosted on our intranet so no one can access the system from outside, which the support can't seem to get their head around. I have the issue that on the login screen if you try to login it takes you to a network fail page, EVERYTHING else works just fine, we had this same issue in 3.10 but if you clicked remember me you could get in, now with it checked or not it fails. Anyone have any ideas? |
