mbstring

Hello,

By installing Kayako SupportSuite 3.11.01 it failed by "Checking for mbstring extention".
I'm installing on a Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.0
What should I change in my php.ini file? Only remove the ";" before "extension=php_mbstring.dll"?
Or must I change (enable) more things in my php.ini file by the mbstring section?

That is correct; all you need to do is uncomment that line and restart IIS.
