mbstring extension?

im trying to install it, i had installed before on my last hosting page the same one and now is showing me ths error i dont know why... " mbstring extension is not loaded with your PHP, Please recompile your PHP with mbstring Support. For more information, please refer to the php manual "
if someone knows about this and can help me out ill apreciate a lot, thanks...

You need mbstring compiled with your PHP. You should contact your host to do this for you if you are on shared hosting.

thanks ill try that, and i also want to add, because i did the instalation even with that error and when i was trying to submit a ticket the page stays blank u know after fill all information, right when i presed submit... let me know if is relationated with that error please...

Yes, the submit ticket page will do that if mbstring is not installed.
