missing field error

I am getting an error that says one of the required fields is empty and its my custom field is highlighted. The field is a text field and it has value in it. I am getting this error when i am trying to create a ticket from staff cp & as a user.

Seems like a misconfiguration issue. Can you please take a screenshot of your custom field setup and attach it to this thread?
