Missing tables in a deployed database - 11-10-2007, 08:18 AM

Our administrator deployed a kayako database version 3.11.01 and connected the kayako site to it. Now we try to import data in it from our old 3.11.00 and discover that it is missing several tables:

swadcampaigns
swadhitlogs
swadsearchqueries
swalertactions
swalertrules
swattachmentchunks
swattachments
swattachmenttypes
swauditlogs

Is this normal or something with the database deployment got wrong and didn't create theese tables?

Well all you need to do to upgrade is upload the new files, go to /setup/ using your browser, click Upgrade and run through the tool. There is no need to import in. It would be a good idea to restore 3.11.00 and then retry the upgrade.

My mistake - we import data from our old helpdesk system into kayako. And the import script returns error that theese tables are missing. Why are they missing?

Scratch that - we found our missing tables. When our administrator tried to rename the database he failed, but mysql transfered part of the tables to the new named database. And those tables are our missing tables.
