RESOLVED - ModernBill Intergration - Just blank page??? - 16-12-2007, 07:38 PM

I have the latest build of MB:

ModernBill:5.1.7-2-Admin UI:2.0.6

I have this version of Support Suite:

v3.10.02

Issue:

I followed the directions listed here:

MODERNBILL V5 INTEGRATION HOW TO
=========================================
1) Open integrate/modernbillv5/lib-hooks/app-modernbill-client/integrate.php and change the following line to full absolute path to your Product Installation (SupportSuite/eSupport)
define("SWIFTPATH", "/home/path/to/support/");
Examples:
define("SWIFTPATH", "/home/company/public_html/support/");
 
2) Copy the lib-hooks directory of package to root directory of your ModernBill Installation
3) Copy the KayakoShowHelpdeskTicketDetails.tpl file from integrate/lib-themes/default/app-modernbill-client/templates/helpdesk directory to lib-themes/default/app-modernbill-client/templates/helpdesk directory of your ModernBill installation
3) Thats it! Your ModernBill v5 Client Area is now replaced with the SupportSuite/eSupport Frontend 
But when we click on "Submit a ticket" in the dashboard we get a blank page - the same thing happens when we click "Support".

We have verified everything 100 times and still the same thing. Our "swiftpath" is correct - what are we missing or what is missing from the directions?

did you upload everything in forced binary mode? If you would like I can take a look at it.

Resolved - Forced Binary Is The Key - 16-12-2007, 08:00 PM

Thank you for you help.

I looked at all the instructions again that came with the pacakge and for the intergration I did not see anything that said "User Forced Binary" as the upload.

Wow - that worked great.

Hmm, deffo needs updating then.

Just to be sure, all files need updating in binary mode - and this is in the manual.

Have you edited any templates and does your server error_log report any PHP errors?

Hiren: Look up, he got it working. We are just commenting on how the How To text document in the integrate folder doesn't mention binary upload.

Now the server reports errors - - 29-12-2007, 03:07 PM

Now in the client billing area they get this error:

Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/trouble/public_html/swift.php on line 264

Which is the path to the Support Suite...

Anyone have a clue?
