I followed the instructions for the Modernbill V5 that came with the Kayako Installation files. The create a new ticket thing is there now in the client site but if you click submit a new ticket or support it just takes you to a blank page. Thanks, Aaron |

Check your server error_log and check if it reports any errors. Make sure you re-read the integration steps and make sure your server meets all Kayako requirements.
