Question Moving Supportsuite to new host and domain! - 25-04-2008, 08:06 PM

Hello,
I am going to change my site to a new domain, so I have to move Kayako Supportsuite to a new host and URL.
EX: support.old-domain.com -> support.new-domain.net

To prevent the issues, I would like to get some advise/guide of the procedure on moving the system to the new host/domain. If anyone had done this before, please give me some info on this move. Your inputs are really appreciated!

Thanks for the link!
When I request to reassign the license key to the new domain, will my old Kayako Supportsuite at old domain be stopped working immediately? because I want to make sure the move succesfully and then schedule the day for our customers to use our new domain/system.
