New 404 Errors after install

Hello,

Everything installed correctly - and I made it through all the setup screens - but when I try to log in to the Admin CP from within Kayako setup, I get a 404 Not Found error.

Also, when I go to the Client Support Center through the Kayako setup screen link, I get the following error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/asradmin/public_html/swift.php:569) in /home/asradmin/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 1614

Any thoughts?

Hi there,

After setup has completed, you need to delete the /setup/ directory from your webspace (using FTP, for example).

[WARNING]: Setup Directory not Deleted
Please delete the setup directory before using the product, Keeping it on server can result in security breaches.

Deleting the setup folder got rid of the header error that was showing up on my Client Support screen, but my Admin CP still comes up as 404 Not Found. Any ideas about that?

Hi Sarah,

Either you haven't uploaded or the files, or you are trying to access it at the wrong location again.

Assuming you uploaded your files to;

http://www.mysite.com/support/

Your admincp is located at;

http://www.mysite.com/support/admin/

Or, Assuming you uploaded your files to;

 http://www.mysite.com/

Your admincp is located at;

http://www.mysite.com/admin/
