Question new stable version 3.0.4.10 every day? - 10-10-2006, 10:07 AM

Is it only me or is anybody else getting in the member area since 6/10/06 everyday a new "Stable" version 3.0.4.10?

Did somebody accidently mark the daily CVS version as stable?

Yeah, I'd like to know why there is a 3.04.10 STABLE when it was released days ago. Are we slipping in changes to the current stable build without changing the version? This is a major problem if you are doing so! You did this in the past, it has to stop now! I don't care if I run an update every day, but don't be changing a production release after it's released! open any ticket.

Genaral and Post reply appear to be working, but try to Forward, Follow-up, Billing, EDIT, Add Notes, Release, History, Audit Log, Edit
and it just hangs with "Loading..."

this appears to be unique to firefox. there is a delay in IE, but it does come up....probably an ajax programming issue.

Yeah, when I install a new version, I do a CTRL+REFRESH to clear the cached scripts

Hey Varun,
Please don't stop releasing the updates, there are numerous bugs pending in the list which needs to be fixed. I don't mind updating every weekend.

Atleast patches need to be released regularly.

Regards,

I don't care about frequent updates, just update the version once a release is made, do NOT make changes and re-release the same version number, obviously those of us installing prior to this change are missing out on the fixes!

By the way, is anyone getting e-mail notifications from this site???

I used to have that extra delay when Varun released the first CVS version with Follow-up. Not any more though.
