No Admin and Staff login page

I have just installed SupportSuite 3.11.01 and my login pages for staff and admin are blank. Strangely enough, the client page does come up but doe's not seem to be complete. I have searched the forum and can't find anything to help me (could have something to do with my age, 50 something?). nees some help to find out the problems. Can someone help me with this.

Check your server error_log for any reported errors. Make sure your PHP configuration meets all software requirements.

I have checked the server error logs and they are clean. As to the requirements needed:

OS: Linux
PHP: 4.4.4
Zend Optimizer v1.3.0
MySQL: v4.1.22-standard
mBstring: enabled

I seem to meet all the requirements. Just can't see to get the page to come up. Any Ideas?

Try re-uploading the files in binary format except the setup and config directories
