No upgrade path for stable .81 to .90 ??? - 29-05-2006, 08:21 AM

I just noticed that 3.0.90 STABLE is out but the upgrade directory contains .80 and .82 dirs only, there is no .81 which means (as far as I understand it) is that we can't upgrade from .81 to .90 ..is that so ??

upgrated from .81 to .90 with no trouble at all, I can see all the databases and templates as well as mail parser and rules are working fine.

just for the record, there has not been a "stable" 3.x release yet. It may say stable, but it is not!

Erm, which upgrade script did you use though ?? There are only .80 and .82 upgrade directories ...

I went from .81 to .90. It did the .82 database changes and then did the .90 full on its own.

Well, thanks for the off topic flaming of the product without any proof or valid claims. I completely disagree, as we've been running .32 and .82 without issue for several months now. With the exception of the live chat Safari crash, we haven't seen any issues whatsoever.

That just means there are no database changes or anything requiring the uprade process to be run when going to .90. Just upload the files correctly and that's all that you need to do.
