Not receiving tickets after upgrade to latest version. - 13-09-2007, 08:02 PM

After I upgrade to the latest version, my supportsuite is not receiving tickets.

I tried sending a few tickets to myself and didn't receive any.

cli folder is already set to 755.

Did you run the upgrade tool (/setup/ -> Upgrade) after uploading the files?

Have you checked the error logs and if so, what do they say?

Yes, I ran the upgrade tool.

Where is the error logs?

Depends on your server. Check the root Kayako directory and also the cli directory. Should be named just errorlog.

Thanks a lot to Neetika Bhagat.

For the benefit of others who may face this in future, this works for me.

Problem lies with cli/index.php permissions. Seems that I need to set 755 for both cli folder and index.php.

And, reset the forwarders to "|/server/path/public_html/supportsuite/cli/index.php" without space between pipe symbol and path.
