Ever since we used Inpex to inport all the v2.35 data into the latest version when a user submits a ticket the staff can see. Note by system www.domain.com The problem being, we dont have any custom fields for users to enter when submitting a ticket. The information being submitted has nothing to do with the user submitting the ticket. This is junk left over from 2.35 but its being randomly added to submitted tickets that the user never entered. How can we get rid of this? |
